For the purpose of submitting a FRR return electronically, by means of an online communication system approved by the SFC ("e-FRR return") under section 56 of the Securities and Futures (Financial Resources) Rules ("FRR"), the e-FRR return shall be signed by attaching a digital signature or an electronic signature to the return. This application form shall be used to apply for an SFC e-Certificate which provides an electronic signature.

An SFC e-Certificate will only be granted, upon application to the SFC, to a reponsible officer or officer approved under section 58(5)(e) of the FRR of a licensed corporation.
