Commencing 1 November 2008, the Securities and Futures (Financial Resources) (Amendment) Rules 2008 required all licensed corporations to submit their financial returns to the SFC electronically by means of an online communication system approved by the SFC. For accessing the e-FRR System through the Internet, Responsible Officer ("RO") and Authorised Signer ("AS") need to apply for an SFC e-Certificate, the PIN for the SFC e-Certificate and a Login Password.
