Reminder of claim deadline: DFRF Enterprises LLC

The deadline of 25 September 2023 is approaching for investors to claim compensation related to DFRF Enterprises LLC.

On 24 May 2023, the Court of First Instance of the High Court of Hong Kong made an order for this case (HCA no. 2189 of 2016). All investors who intend to claim compensation out of the balance of the frozen funds in this case should submit their claims to the Administrators (Mr James Wardell and Mr Jackson Ip) no later than 5:30 pm on 25 September 2023 by the following means:

Any investors who fail to contact the Administrators by the above deadline will be debarred from claiming compensation.
