Temporary Senior Administrator (6-Month contract) - Human Resources (Compensation & Benefits), Corporate Affairs

As a member of the Human Resources Compensation and Benefits (C&B) Team, you will support team managers in the daily operations and special projects relating to the full spectrum of C&B functions, including payroll and benefits administration, tax reporting, manpower planning and reporting, budget preparation, annual remuneration review as well as human resources shared services.

 

To be successful in this role, you should be tertiary educated, majored in business studies, human resources management or a relevant discipline.  You should also possess at least 3 years' of relevant experience, preferably gained from financial or multinational organizations.  You are eager to succeed as an HR professional and be proactive, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a changing regulatory environment.  A high level of numeracy and the ability to interpret and present statistical data are expected.  Proficiency in PC applications including Microsoft Word and Excel is a must.  Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, good command of written and spoken English and Chinese are also essential.

 

Applicants with less experience may be considered for the position of Temporary Administrator.
