Collaboration

To foster effective regulatory and enforcement co-operation, we work closely with fellow regulators in Mainland China, Hong Kong and major markets overseas.

We also play an active role in setting and maintaining international standards on securities regulation through our participation in global forums such as the Financial Stability Board and the International Organization of Securities Commissions. Co-operation is often founded on memoranda of understanding setting out an agreed approach to issues ranging from enforcement to market development. To this end, we have signed a number of bilateral or multilateral agreements with Mainland, local and overseas regulatory bodies over the years.
