What you'll learn

Relationship-based Learning |
|
Working closely with SFC colleagues will form a central part of every trainee’s development process throughout the Programme. This will take in coaching, multi-source feedback, opportunities to interact with members of Senior Management and a range of valuable mentoring & joining staff activities committees opportunities. |

Experience-based Learning |
|
Trainees will take on two twelve-month functional attachments in different divisions. Trainees will also benefit from participation in various intra and cross-divisional projects or activities. |

Education-based Learning |
|
The Programme places an important emphasis on the value of direct education, with a curriculum structure spanning the entire two years. This will come in the form of in-house seminars, management training, high-value training, overseas training camp, and e-learning modules. |
