Duties & Responsibilities:
The Complaints Team of the Corporate Affairs Division is responsible for overseeing the administration of the SFC’s complaints handing procedures.
This position reports to a Senior Manager of Complaints Team and will provide a full range of clerical and administrative support to the Complaints Team. This includes data entry, filing, performing data analysis with spreadsheets and providing secretarial support to management.
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
- High proficiency in PC applications including good practical knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese word processing.
- Attentive to detail.
- Strong organising and coordination skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- A strong sense of responsibility and impeccable integrity.
