We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical lead in both traditional AI and Generative AI to join our IT AI Implementation team as a co-head. This role is crucial for spearheading the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI-powered solutions for the company.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise and support for AI applications.
- Assist in evaluating vendor solutions from a technical perspective.
- Help troubleshoot technical issues related to AI applications.
- Stay updated on AI technologies and trends to inform future projects.
- Collaborate with the AI team's business analyst/project manager to ensure effective implementation of AI solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in design, technical support and software development, preferably in AI-powered services.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), multi-agent approaches, machine learning and their practical AI-powered solutions.
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Neo4j, MongoDB) and experience with AI frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of tackling complex challenges and designing effective AI solutions (e.g. Generative AI, NLP and Computer Vision).
- Familiarity with cloud computing (e.g. AWS, Microsoft Azure) and their AI services.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
