The Strategy and Technology Team of the Enforcement Division is seeking a Contract Manager / Senior Manager with solid expertise in blockchain analytics. This role focuses on leveraging advanced on-chain intelligence to support enforcement actions. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Query and analyze blockchain data across multiple chains to support wallet profiling and forensic analysis.
- Apply deterministic and behavioural heuristics to profile and cluster wallet addresses and develop risk scoring frameworks.
- Develop and manage reliable data pipelines from blockchain nodes for analytics.
- Review and interpret smart contracts to understand the underlying business logic.
- Monitor emerging trends, typologies, and global regulatory developments in the virtual assets ecosystem to inform investigative strategies.
Requirements:
- A university degree and relevant professional qualifications in computer science, statistics, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in blockchain analytics with working knowledge of infrastructure design and DeFi protocols.
- Proficiency with smart contract programming languages such as Solidity and Vyper are highly preferrable.
- Knowledge of virtual asset regulatory frameworks and VATP operations are added advantages.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Contract Manager position.
