Temporary Administrator / Assistant (6-month contract) - Human Resources (Learning & Development), Corporate Affairs

As a member of the Human Resources Department of Corporate Affairs, you will support team managers in the daily operations of the learning and development function including course implementation, data management and other administration duties, as well as providing administrative support to Human Resources Department. You will also take part in researching for and preparing proposals for special projects and new initiatives of the L&D team.

To be successful in this role, you should be tertiary educated, preferably majored in Human Resources Management, Business Studies or relevant discipline. You should also possess at least 2-3 years' of relevant experience, preferably gained from financial or multinational organizations.

You must have good organization and communication skills, be detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a changing regulatory environment.

You should be proactive as an active team player with initiative and ability to produce high quality work. A high level of numeracy and the ability to interpret and present statistical data are expected. Proficiency in PC applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a must. A good command of written and spoken English is required. Proficiency in Putonghua is a definite advantage.
