Manager - Enforcement (International Cooperation and Enforcement Policy)

Duties & Responsibilities:

This position provides a challenging and interesting job opportunity to gain exposure to the Commission’s policy and cross-border enforcement work.

You will be responsible for:
  • co-ordinating the Commission’s enforcement cooperative efforts with international regulators/enforcement agencies
  • liaising with regulatory and professional bodies in both Hong Kong and the Mainland
  • participating in policy projects and research, including comparative studies and analysis of international regulatory policies
  • supporting the Commission’s international initiatives and organising related events/functions

 

Requirements:

You will be a lawyer, with at least 5 years’ experience working in a law firm, a governmental/regulatory authority and/or an international financial institution.

You should have excellent analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities. You should able to present your ideas clearly and concisely in written reports and presentations. You must be an active team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.

An excellent command of written and spoken English is essential. Fluency in Putonghua is an advantage.
