Manager - Complaints Team, Corporate Affairs

The Complaints Team of the Corporate Affairs Division is responsible for overseeing the administration of the SFC’s complaints handing procedures.

This position reports to a Senior Manager of Complaints Team and will be primarily responsible for handling complaints of various natures, including intermediaries’ conduct, public offerings of securities, market misconduct or listed companies misconduct.

You must have a university degree and at least five years of solid experience in the financial services sector, preferably with in-depth knowledge of the operations of the securities and futures industry, or be a compliance officer with good regulatory knowledge. You must have good analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and communications skills with a strong sense of responsibility. An excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese is essential, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage.
