Duties & Responsibilities:
As a member of the Human Resources Compensation and Benefits (C&B) Team, you will support team managers in the daily operations and projects relating to the full spectrum of C&B functions, including payroll and benefits administration, tax reporting, manpower planning and budget preparation, annual remuneration review as well as acting as the key contact point with HRIS consultants to provide support on data analytics, report writing, system enhancement and user acceptance test.
To be successful in this role, you should be tertiary educated, majored in information technology, human resources management or a relevant discipline. You should also possess at least 4 years' of relevant experience, preferably gained from financial or multinational organizations. You are eager to succeed as an HR professional and be proactive, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment. Experience in managing HRIS reporting, enhancement and the ability to interpret and present statistical data are expected. Strong knowledge in Workday and IPL is highly preferred. Proficiency in PC applications including Microsoft Word and Excel is a must. Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, good command of written and spoken English and Chinese are also essential.
