Senior Manager - Information Technology, Corporate Affairs

Duties & Responsibilities:

Information Technology Department is seeking a solution architect leader with superb interpersonal and communication skills working in the capacity of a Senior Manager I/II.  The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing business processes, exploring and applying innovative IT to solve problems, and collaborating with different technical teams and various stakeholders to implement advanced technology solutions. Due to the nature of this position, outstanding technical knowledge and communication skills are key factors in our assessment of candidates.

Reporting to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and leading various matrix teams to focus on innovation applications and work with solution architects, you are required to use the Business Process Management (BPM) approach to design solutions that fit both advanced technology and business needs.  

 

Requirements:

The successful candidate for this position must hold a university degree in IT, Computer Science or any related discipline and have at least 10 years of managerial experience in the IT industry.  Experience on leading enterprise transformation, Microservices architecture and Container-based implementations are essential. Cloud Technology, AI, Machine Learning and RPA project experience are strongly desirable. In addition, the candidate must display excellent research management, presentation, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. The candidate will need to be proficient in amalgamating contrasting inputs and formulating solutions that best suit the needs of the Commission. Applicants need to demonstrate strong initiative in leadership, ambition for growth and a desire to mentor less experienced staff.
