Temporary Senior Administrator / Administrator (12-month contract) - Human Resources (Learning & Development), Corporate Affairs

As a member of the Human Resources Department of Corporate Affairs, you will support team managers in the daily operations and special projects relating to the learning and development functions, which include course implementation, data management, performance management and other administration duties. You will also take part in researching for and preparing proposals for special projects and new initiatives of the Learning and Development team.

To be successful in this role, you should be tertiary educated and preferably majored in human resources management, business studies or a relevant discipline. You should also possess at least 2-3 years' of relevant experience, preferably gained from financial or multinational organizations. You are eager to succeed as an HR professional and be proactive, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a changing regulatory environment.  A high level of numeracy and the ability to interpret and present statistical data are expected. Proficiency in PC applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint is a must. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is also essential.
