Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and lead IT projects in different scales as a project manager and business analyst, as needed;
- Communicate with key stakeholders and various IT teams on business requirements, conduct impact analysis and lead solution implementation;
- Prepare functional and design specifications, wireframes and prototypes;
- Coordinate and manage project activities and monitor the progress throughout the project cycle;
- Manage and work closely with external service providers on resource allocation, schedules and deliverables;
- Perform quality assurance activities, prepare user guides and conduct user briefing sessions; and
- Provide technical consultancy to different IT teams and business users.
Requirements:
- University graduate in related disciplines or other relevant qualifications;
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on IT experience in project management, business requirement analysis and system solution design;
- Able to manage projects independently from idea formulation to implementation;
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to articulate ideas and issues clearly in layman’s terms;
- An active team player with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibility; and
- Experience in UX design with the ability to create wireframes, prototyping and illustrations is an advantage.
