We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure professional to join our team to lead and strengthen our IT Infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's IT infrastructure, which includes a mix of on-premises and cloud technology. Additionally, the candidate will also ensure the smooth running of our Helpdesk and Operation Team. The ideal candidate will need both management and in-depth technical skills to ensure the smooth operation of our IT Infrastructure.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist Head - IT Infrastructure in managing and leading the IT Infrastructure team to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems, which are a mix of on-premises and cloud systems.
- Lead, coach and train the team to meet the expectations of various KPIs, including reliability, availability and compatibility with advanced technologies.
- Apply technical knowledge and lead in troubleshooting of technical issues and system failures.
- Design and rehearse planned contingency for disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Develop IT infrastructure roadmap to align with the IT Strategy.

And other duties in day-to-day operations, including:
- Continue fine-tuning of IT infrastructure policies and procedures to ensure the security and reliability of our systems.
- Manage vendor relationships to get good support and negotiate contracts for IT infrastructure services.
- Develop and manage the IT infrastructure budget.
- Oversee operations of the data center, on-premises and on cloud infrastructure (M365, Azure and AWS) and the Helpdesk.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
- Highly analytical and technical, and capable of fixing technical issues.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Proficient in all aspects of IT Infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Server hardware, Security Devices, Virtualization technology, Storage Area Network, PCs, Windows and Linux Operating Systems, Backup Technology, and cloud infrastructure technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in managing IT infrastructure for a company with at least 1,000 employees.
