Contract Senior Manager (2-Year) - Enforcement (Strategy and Technology Team)

Duties & Responsibilities:

We are now seeking a high calibre candidate with extensive legal operations and process mapping background to provide strategic direction and support the Enforcement Division’s process revamp project with a focus on driving operational efficiency and innovation.

Reporting to the Head of Strategy and Technology, you will:

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify critical priorities, develop actionable roadmaps, communicate process change and align goals.
  • Formulate process revamp initiatives and implement sustainable solutions to digitize, automate, and optimize processes across functions.
  • Evaluate and integrate new technology solutions that can scale and adapt to evolving operational requirements.
  • Assist the Team Head to oversee the overall operations of the Enforcement Division and strategic initiatives undertaken by the team.

Requirements:

The ideal candidates should possess:

  • A university degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience managing legal operations and implementing process improvement initiatives.  
  • Knowledge of legal and compliance frameworks and regulations is advantageous.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced and agile environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and the ability to communicate effectively and articulate complex issues.
