Temporary Administrator – Press Office, CEO's Office & Central Services

Duties and responsibilities:

Success applicant provides the Press Office with clerical/secretarial and administrative support.

Primary job responsibilities include, among others, curating online and offline news materials, media data analysis, distributing media-related materials, screening external enquiry, and assisting in various ad hoc tasks.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above with a minimum of 3 years’ working experience. Prior service in financial/legal/regulatory institutions is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in PC applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Good command of English and Chinese. Knowledge in Putonghua is an advantage.
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to multi-task and detail-oriented.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and impeccable integrity.
  • Willing  to work overtime.
