Assistant – Enforcement

This is a great opportunity for a new graduate or early-career candidate to gain first-hand exposure to investigation work, by supporting investigation teams in day-to-day operational tasks and field activities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support investigation teams in search operations and be available for overtime when needed.
- Assist investigators during interviews / inspections, including taking accurate time logs for operational records.
- Perform internet / public-source background research (e.g., company / land / business registry searches) to support intelligence and case work.
- Help with system maintenance and data tasks (e.g., data input / upload / download) to maintain information accuracy and integrity.
- Provide ad-hoc operational support as needed, including outdoor duties (e.g., address checks, document delivery/collection) and assisting with appointment arrangements.
Requirements:
- Associate degree / higher diploma or above — fresh graduates are welcome.
- Comfortable using PC applications (e.g., Word / Excel and general system applications) and able to complete tasks accurately.
- Positive attitude, responsible, detail-minded, and able to handle multiple tasks with integrity and confidentiality.
- Willing to learn and apply technology / AI tools to streamline manual work.
- Willing to accommodate flexible working hours, including overtime and outside-office work when operational needs arise.
- Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
