Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead the formation and operationalisation of the Change Management Workstream, establishing governance, ways of working, and delivery plans
- Design and execute internal communications to build awareness and engagement around the Data & AI Transformation Programme across all divisions
- Establish and manage a "Data Champions" network, identifying and mobilising change advocates across business divisions to drive grassroots adoption
- Working across the data transformation programme to acquire knowledge of the data governance framework and data platform for cascading to staff
- Develop and roll out mandatory data literacy training for all staff, and accreditation programme for data specialists in relevant divisions
- Design and maintain an annual DAMA assessment framework, culture and literacy progress dashboard to track adoption and report to senior management
- Prepare communications materials, training content, and progress reports for the Steering Committee and senior stakeholders
Requirements:
- University graduate in related disciplines or other relevant qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in change management, organisational development, or transformation programme delivery
- Proven experience designing and executing large-scale change management and communications programmes within complex organisations
- Experience developing and delivering training programmes
- Experience in financial services, regulatory bodies, or public sector organisations is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of data literacy, data governance, or digital transformation concepts, with the ability to translate technical topics into accessible content for non-technical audiences
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with experience working across divisions and seniority levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to articulate ideas and issues clearly in layman’s terms
