As a member of the Human Resources Compensation and Benefits (C&B) Team, you will support team managers in the daily operations and special projects relating to the full spectrum of C&B functions, including annual remuneration review, benefits administration, budget preparation, manpower planning and reporting as well as payroll.
To be successful in this role, you should be tertiary educated, majored in human resources management, business studies or a relevant discipline. You should possess at least 3 years' relevant experience, preferably gained from financial or multinational organizations. Experience in reward management will be advantageous. A high level of numeracy and the ability to interpret and present statistical data are expected. Proficiency in PC applications including Microsoft Excel is a must. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is also essential.
