Open-ended fund companies (OFCs) are subject to SFC registration. More information about OFCs is available here.
The list of registered OFCs is accessible via the List of Investment Products (for listed OFCs and unlisted OFCs). It contains information about OFCs that have been registered by the SFC under section 112D or 112ZJB of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (SFO).

Please note that it may take time for information received from the applicant to be posted to the repository. You can contact the relevant distributor for the latest information and updates on an OFC. You may also contact us at enquiry@sfc.hk if you cannot find a certain product on the list.
Latest updates on the registration and the cancellation of registration of open-ended fund companies under the SFO:
- Open-ended fund companies registered under section 112D or 112ZJB of the SFO during March 2024
- Open-ended fund companies whose registrations were cancelled under sections 112ZH and 112ZI of the SFO during March 2024
