Lodging a complaint

Integrity and accountability underpin our regulatory work, including the way we handle complaints from the public.

Members of the public can lodge complaints involving different aspects of the market. This can include – but is not restricted to – unlicensed activities and misconduct by licensed persons and firms.

They can also file complaints if they are dissatisfied with our work or the way our staff perform their duties.
