Temporary Assistant (Office Management Team) (4-Month Contract) - Investor and Financial Education Council

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of administrative support for the team, including but not limited to handling payment, procurement of office equipment and office supplies, filing, office equipment maintenance, and stationery supplies etc
  • Verify and process expenditure claims and payments
  • Oversee all expense matters within the team
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties where necessary

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • A minimum of 2 years of administration work experience
  • Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and impeccable integrity
  • High proficiency in PC applications, including good practical knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
  • Experience in managing databases would be an advantage
