Administrator - Planning and Administration, Corporate Affairs

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Planning and research on various CSR initiatives (Green, Wellness and Volunteering) and leisure/sporting activities for the Staff Activities Club (SAC)
  • Coordination and execution of the actual CSR and SAC events
  • Preparation of presentations and information for committee meetings, quarterly newsletters, annual report and other ad-hoc reporting related to CSR and SAC
  • Coaching and supervising CSR/SAC interns
  • Providing administrative support to the CSR and SAC Committee
  • Support reception counters, handle SFC mainline phone enquiries and direct calls to relevant division/department in a clear, positive, and professional manner
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the Planning & Administration Department
  • Handle other administrative duties as assigned by direct supervisor

Requirements:

  • University degree or diploma holder with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in sizeable corporations
  • Previous experience of event management and holding similar events is desirable
  • A demonstrated interest in the social sector and CSR/SAC 
  • Able to work independently with limited supervision, and in a team environment
  • Strong research, organisational and administrative skills
  • Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Professional, customer-oriented and positive attitude
  • Willing to work outside normal office hours to accommodate events eg. During weekends and weekday evenings
