Senior Manager - Human Resources (Learning & Development), Corporate Affairs

Duties & Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Director of HR, you will lead the Learning and Development Team that supports our workforce which mainly comprises of qualified professionals. The key priority of this role is to drive the talent development agenda to enhance organizational and individual capabilities which are essential for the long-term success of the Commission. As part of the HR/CA team, your ability to understand the fast-evolving development needs of our employees in different functions and develop effective solutions and programs will be essential.


Requirements:

You should have a university degree and a minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience preferably in the financial services industry or a large organisation. You will be expected to possess knowledge of contemporary HR practices and demonstrably ability to apply this to the formulation and articulation of concepts and ideas to senior stakeholders. Additionally, you must have proven track record of effective project and team management. You must be proactive and customer-focused with demonstrated ability to identify / develop appropriate intervention as a learning and development specialist. You must have strong communication skills including written and spoken Chinese, English and Putonghua (Mandarin). Your ability to influence people, along with a strong sense of responsibility and impeccable integrity, will be important elements of your success in this senior position.
