Duties & Responsibilities:
As a member of the Human Resources Department of Corporate Affairs, you will support team managers in the daily operations and strategic projects relating to the full spectrum of the Human Resources activities which include but not limited to campus recruitment, talent acquisitions, manpower planning, employee engagement and process optimization.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should be tertiary educated, majored in human resources management, business studies or a relevant discipline. You should also possess at least 5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, preferably gained from financial or multinational organizations. You are eager to succeed as a HR professional and be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a changing regulatory environment. A high level of numeracy and the ability to interpret and present statistical data are expected. Proficiency in PC applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint is a must. You should also possess excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese. Having previous exposure to campus hiring and HR systems (i.e. Workday or LinkedIn Recruiter) is a definite advantage.
