Senior Manager - Human Resources, Corporate Affairs

Reporting to the Director of HR, you will head the Recruitment, Compensation Management and Training and Development Teams that supports our workforce of close to 1,000, comprising mainly of qualified professionals. In addition to the delivery of core HR services, your key focus is to lead HR initiatives in the areas of employer branding, corporate culture and values, employee engagement, and to drive effectiveness and efficiency in recruitment and selection, pay and benefits, employee recognition as well as the development of the learning and talent development agenda for our colleagues. In doing so, you will play a key role in reviewing and aligning the Commission’s HR policies and practices to the overall corporate goals.

You should have a University degree and a minimum of 10 years’ experience in progressively more responsible roles within major financial services or multinational companies. You should have sound knowledge of contemporary HR best practices, analytics and project management skills.  You must have strong written and spoken English ability with a successful track record in the formulation and articulation of concepts and ideas to senior stakeholders. You must be proactive and focused with demonstrated ability to advance the corporate HR agenda. Your ability to influence people, along with a strong sense of responsibility, will be important elements of your success.
