Investors were then induced to download an App “Em雲智能” to conduct transactions under the investment program. The website, the investment program and the App are not associated with Empower Capital Partners Limited, which is an SFC licensed corporation. The scammers use a Hong Kong bank account in the name of Feidun Ltd for settlement. |
