Policy, China & Investment Products Division What We Do Develop policy for the SFC as a whole and liaise with various divisions within the SFC to implement the same, with a particular emphasis on mainland China and market development; Develop regulatory platform to facilitate market growth and product innovation; Regulate and approve investment products offered to the public; and Monitor disclosures and on-going compliance of authorised investment products.
