Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conducting legal research and analysis on local and Mainland laws and regulations with a focus on securities law enforcement
- Supporting the Commission’s enforcement cooperation effort, independently managing case files and working directly with Mainland and international securities regulatory authorities
- Assisting to liaise with Mainland regulators and organize cross-boundary meetings or trainings on enforcement cooperation
Requirements:
- Degree holder, preferably in Law; education experience in Mainland China would be a plus
- Legal training and compliance experience would be an advantage
- Preferably with working experience in local or Mainland law firms, financial institutions, or other regulatory bodies; as well as knowledge of Mainland legal and social system
- Language skills - a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Show strong sense of responsibility and impeccable integrity
