Xu was the former Vice Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Zhongda International Holdings Limited (the shares of which were listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited but was delisted with effect from 6 March 2019, stock code 909) (“Zhongda”) between 28 Sep 2000 and 29 Dec 2013.
