Background Information:
Ye was an Independent Non-Executive Director of Changgang Dunxin Enterprise Company Limited (“Changgang Dunxin”, stock code 2229, the shares of which were listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited until the stock was delisted with effect from 11 October 2019) between 15 May 2013 and 27 July 2018.
