Background Information:
Zheng was the Executive Director and Chairman of Changgang Dunxin Enterprise Company Limited (“Changgang Dunxin”, stock code 2229, the shares of which were listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited until the stock was delisted with effect from 11 October 2019) between 27 August 2012 and 22 March 2016.
